Understanding Grief

Grief is a normal process following the death of a loved one. The emotions and changes that take place in the days, weeks, and months that follow a death can be overwhelming and challenging. It is important to remember that we each grieve in our OWN way and time. Three Rivers Hospice’s Bereavement Program offers support to people of all ages experiencing loss.
